PAY IT FORWARD for the New Year starts today. A 40 Day Challenge.
Do something good for you–an offering of self care and love–every single day between now and 2014. Hopefully yoga. But not required. (See yesterday’s post for more details.)
I am going to do Pinca Mayurasana or Hanuman everyday (and the warm ups necessary to get there). These are two challenging poses that I often avoid, but where I need to work. This is a tough challenge for me, but I also know it will be good for me. The Pay it Forward push will help me stay on target.
