Running the holiday gauntlet? There are 30 days until the new year. Amazing, right? It can be a mad scramble. This year, I am inserting myself into the fray. I am adding a little extra sweetness into each day, something just for me. An advance resolution.
Join me. What can you do for yourself, starting today (or continuing today), to pay it forward for 2014? Some daily offering of love, care, and kindness. So, when January 1 hits you feel proud of yourself and downright awesome. Perhaps it is yoga (hope hope), but maybe it is something else.
I am working on two yoga poses that I know are good for me but are also hard, ones that I avoid–hanumanasana and pincha mayurasansa. I have been doing it for 10 days so far, and truth be told, I find myself mostly working on this monkey god pose, still avoiding the other. But I will keep on keeping on.
