Back on the self-love bandwagon. Relentless affection for ourselves can be felt in how we place our bodies in space. Today, foundation first: our feet. Be mindful of exactly how you place your feet, where the weight is distributed across your feet, and maintaining active muscles in the feet when on the ground or in the air, paying close attention to these little details relentlessly, even as you approach big poses. Don’t be sloppy, casual, or cavalier about your feet. Honor yourself. Honor the practice.
