It’s March! Climb out of winter with yoga. Do at least one pose a day until the sun feels warmer, and your body unveils from its winter shell. Make it something you love. Child’s pose. Handstand. Or this pose, Virabhadrasana I, aka Warrior 1. Check out my old blog on the subject @elephantjournal, or search google for “do one pose today.” Or join a fun Instagram challenge, such as #backbendmadness2014. If you have never done yoga, find a class, preferably a beginner one, and go. Whatever it is, commit to it. At least one pose. Give yourself yoga. It’s why Yoga Nag was born. Not for daily selfies of feet or poses (thank goodness for Charlie for adding some fun) but to encourage others to bring yoga more regularly into your lives. Because I think yoga is magic. I think yoga can transform lives. And I think yoga may even be the fountain of youth, or at least the fountain of health. So, what are you waiting for?
