From Tadasana, flow to Vira 2. Reverse your warrior. Side angle. 1/2 moon. Standing splits (or my small variation on them). Bend both knees, lifted one comes behind standing one. Back to standing splits. Again but pause, hands to heart in bent knee balance. Standing splits. Again but twist around, landing hands on ground, elbow pressing into thigh, chatturanga arms and lift to arm balance. Open legs to Eka pada koundinyasana I. Close legs, foot to floor, opposite leg high in standing splits on other side. 1/2 moon other side. Vira 2. Flow to Tadasana.
