Making the shift back into daily life. Feeling ungrounded and a little uneasy. Found 5 free minutes, thinking a few standing poses would help me. Not the deepest, most beautiful ones. But tall spine, open chest, wide, strong legs, and steady, grounded feet. Just as I was getting there, about to open my arms,  in comes one of mine with one thing or another. This is the way it goes in our full, moving lives. No complaints here. Love this life. But also grateful for yoga. 

And standing steady and tall, whenever I can. Ready for what comes next. One thing or another. Life-ready (eg, baseball-ready).

Do #yoga. Today. Everyday.
