Signs of self care.
As much as I like to bust moves and can get caught up in the rah rah part of the practice, I try to remember that there is more yoga to offer yourself than that. There needs to be a balance. There is also breath work, meditation, introspection, restoration, service and solitude, to name a few. It may feel like more for your to-do list, but it can help with how you manage all of it. Full body and mind nurturing love. Give yourself some.
