Backbends are Hard

HELLO thoracic and shoulder opener with Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana. A hard one. Trying to keep it in my upper back with the knees bent. Not really ready for the straight legs if I have any integrity elsewhere. All for Day 15 of #julyyogachallenge #backtobackbends with @kinoyoga @beachyogagirl @aloyoga.
