Eka Pada=one leg. And lifting one leg in this pose is hard, especially for the first time. There was a period when I was doing a LOT of hot yoga that I finally got comfortable doing it. Because I was doing this pose a LOT. Even lifting an arm. Since then, I have been avoiding all of thIs. As students in my classes can attest, don’t teach them enough either. Sooooo, this
#julyyogachallenge #backtobackbends (with @kinoyoga @beachyogagirl @aloyoga) is good for me. And necessary.
Onward. Upward….Facing bow. And then lift a leg.
