Fun, beach practice toward the scorpion variation of pinchamayurasana. Still working on the balance and the length, and–oh yeah–that “heart melting” before bending those knees. There are many stops along the way in this practice. I usually stop at the vertical variation, but challenged to play around. Beach mindset helps.
