Practicing something that scares the crap out of me. Once I did this without fear, trying to find my balance in handstand splits. Even in a class. Now I am scared. But I am trying to come back to it, slowly, with care. Today was my first foray.
And then….
…do something that makes me feel capable and strong. That used to scare me but feels okay now, even in the middle of the room, when I am here in my space, focused and alone.
Shift the perspective.
Do #yoga. Today. Everyday.
