Crabby practice. Or, feeling crabby, reflected in my practice. Nothing felt good. Or interesting. Or smart. Even child’s pose. Wahhhhh.
What to do? Depends on the day. Some days, keep plugging away. Some days, walk away. Some days, make some shit up. That’s what I did today. And it was sort of fun. It sort of lifted me out of the fog. I’ll be okay. I worked through it enough to know that.
