So many things happening for me at the moment, lots of moving in many different directions, coupled with a transitional time of year. Nothing bad. I am actually grateful for all of it. But it can be a bit unsettling. Going upside down helps me. And the temporary rug in our Open Room makes it especially lovely.
Other things work too, eg, a good grounding yoga practice, meditation, sweet time with friends and family, attempts at more awareness, trying to be present in each moment, rather than the next one always calling to me…..
