I had a two hour massage today. Yep. Two amazing, nurturing hours. Not all of it was happy, feel good stuff, because there is work that needs to be done, even on the massage table. And places that may be a little resistant to let go. But now I feel fantastic, calm and relaxed. It’s so much easier to be still when there isn’t quiet gripping going on in your muscles.
So, it’s time for yummy, cozy tea. This is a good day!

Do #yoga. Get a massage. Feed yourself delicious and healthy food. Get a good night’s sleep. Go for a walk in the woods with someone you love. Or? Your choice. But do something sweet for yourself.
