Another day. Another handstand approach. Mixing it up. Jumping up to tuck position. Get steady. Straighten legs. Together. About 1 out of 15 maybe I get. Without hitting the wall in tuck or hdndstand. Try it. Especially if you have tight hamstrings and hips, with strong arms/shoulders

Was working on #hanuman in classes this week. Monkey god who leapt across the ocean. I need some more work on my leap. Started it a while back. Abandoned. As life goes. Other parts rose to the top. Getting back to it. Wall gives great feedback on squaring those hips.
