Nag-A-Day

Nearly 2 years after my parents died within 10 days of each other, their belongings, all of the pieces of their lives–from letters to furniture–have been dispersed. The storage locker is empty! Much work, hard labor and sad moments, done in spurts in cahoots with my siblings, our families and friends. What better way to celebrate, the exclamation point on all done, than a handstand? And leave that hollow space to return to my home, where so much of their lives still lives, within me, within my children, and in that dispersed stuff all around us.

Do yoga. Today.

From my mat to yours,
Yoga Nag
