What seems like another lifetime ago, before Yoga Nag was born, I was blogging and teaching about providing relentless care for ourselves, a term borrowed from my teacher (@MariaHamburger). It started working on me. I started sharing, then nagging. I got hits of others doing simultaneous work, such as a friend (@KatieMyerYoga) doing a beautifully named yoga workshop on “exquisite self care.” Those who do and teach restorative yoga regularly, such as the great Tara Lemerise. And most recently, another friend, a queen in fact (@WhoopieQueen), who is suggesting scheduling one hour of self care every day for whatever restores you. Of course, Yoga Nag says yoga. Today.
