Walk hands out to a 45 degree angle away from you on the floor, shoulder width apart. Drawing front thigh parallel to long side of mat, eg, knee directed toward 2nd and 3rd toe, sitting bone drawing underneath of you. Press hands down and away. Ahhhhhhhh. Maybe better picture tomorrow.
