#freshstartyoga for today looks back. @jason_crandell asked us to look to one of our first memories of yoga, a pose, a person, a place. While I started yoga in my 20s, it was intermittent, and I didn’t really take it seriously until I was in my 40s and a full time mom of three, including twin boys who were born 10 years ago today! Being a mama to these boys and their big sister is my best yoga, off the mat (and sometimes on). Every single day. And my yoga practice, on the mat, makes me a much better mama. Mom and yogi are intricately intertwined. So, here is me as mom of three, first day. 10 years ago today.
