Squat down, hands chatturanga, hips high taking knees into armpits or outer upper arms. Hug in. Look forward. Begin to shift forward. Point one foot as it lifts off block. Lower foot. Point and lift other foot. If it feels good, point one foot, hug in and try to do other too. Toes hugging into each other. Looking forward, not down. Press into earth. Hug knees in more. Draw navel to spine. Fly. And maybe crash. You
can put a crash pad, pillow or blanket, in front of you as you practice.
