I am at ease.

Well, maybe not the last one in this crazy pose. But certainly afterwards. Especially after a great aligned vinyasa flow class led by Francesca Cervero at Willow Street Yoga Center with some delicious hip work, this flying pigeon Eka Pada Galavasana pose AND–yes, there’s more–a divine loving kindness meditation. The long breaths in supported bridge were pretty good too. I love yoga.
