NagADay plus new class starting tonight!

Finding ease even in the tough spots. How? Sometimes it is breath. Sometimes it is letting go of some holding pattern. But more often than not, I have found it is engaging somewhere else, or engaging more fully, reaching, pressing, grounding, which allows more breath, and dismantles the holding pattern, and then bam, a moment of softness unveils itself. We will begin to work on this tonight at my candlelight slow flow @extendYoga 7:15 pm, one hour.

Do yoga. Today. Every day.
